Credits Analysis
Survey credits are consumed as you collect responses and send invitations — they're the currency behind your feedback programme. Credits Analysis is the usage view that shows how those credits are being spent, so you can keep your plan on track and catch any surprises early.
If you're an admin or programme owner managing budget and plan usage, this is the report to open when you want to know "how fast are we using credits, and which surveys are using the most?"
What you'll see
A typical Credits Analysis report focuses on consumption rather than satisfaction. It generally includes:
- Total credits consumed over time — your overall usage trended across a period, so you can see whether consumption is steady, climbing or spiking.
- A breakdown by survey (or workspace) — which surveys consume the most credits, each one's share of total consumption, and its trend, so heavy consumers are easy to spot.
Together these let you connect credit spend back to the surveys driving it, and plan accordingly.
For a quick read, the Overview / Home dashboard also surfaces total credits consumed alongside a per-survey consumption table — handy when you just want the headline number without opening the full report.
Put it to work
- Manage your plan. Watch total consumption against your allocation so you're never caught out near a limit.
- Spot heavy consumers. Use the per-survey breakdown to see which surveys account for most of your spend, and decide whether that distribution matches your priorities.
- Catch unusual spikes. A sudden jump in the trend is worth a look — it usually points to a high-volume send or a newly launched survey.
Plan and usage live in Admin
Credits Analysis helps you understand consumption. To review or change your plan, top up, or check your current allowance, head to Admin → Subscription, where plan and usage are managed.
