CX Badge
The CX Badge is an embeddable widget that shows your customer-experience score and metrics live on your website, calculated over the last 12 months. You configure it here — the layout for your whole organization, and the metrics per workspace — then install it with a small snippet. Admin only
It's a simple way to turn genuine, current feedback into social proof right on your own pages. The installation detail also lives in Set up & install → Badges.
Layout settings
Layout controls how the badge looks and behaves, and applies across your organization:
- Active — the master switch that turns the badge on or off.
- Show on mobile — choose whether the badge appears on smaller screens.
- Language — turn on Auto-detect language, or pick a fixed Language: Greek, English (UK), English (US), Spanish, French, Dutch, Bulgarian, Catalan or Romanian.
- Display mode — Bar (a slim fixed bar), Banner (an inline block in the page) or Lightbox (a compact widget that opens a popup).
- Placeholder — a CSS selector telling the badge where on the page to mount.
- Theme — Light or Dark.
- Size — Normal (300×250) or Small (200×160).
- Custom style (optional) — your own CSS to fine-tune the appearance.
In Lightbox mode, you also get two extras: show top metrics and show recent comments, each with counts so you can decide how much to surface in the popup.
Bar, Banner or Lightbox?
Use Bar for an always-visible strip, Banner when you want the badge to sit inside your page content, and Lightbox when you'd rather keep a compact widget on the page that expands into a fuller popup of metrics and comments on click.
Metrics
Metrics decide what the badge actually reports, and you choose them per workspace. You set a primary metric and an optional secondary metric, each built from a survey question.
For each metric, pick how it's calculated:
- Average — the question's average score, or
- Accepted values — the share of responses that match values you accept (for example, scores 4–5 count as positive).
Eligible question types are Rating, Single selection, Multiple selection and NPS. Whatever you choose is calculated over the last 12 months of responses, so the badge always reflects your recent experience.
Set up and embed
Turn the badge on
Set Active, then choose your Display mode, Theme, Size and Language (or auto-detect). Decide whether to Show on mobile.
Place it on the page
Set the Placeholder CSS selector so the badge knows where to mount. Add Custom style if you want to match your site exactly.
Choose your metrics
For each workspace, pick a primary metric (and an optional secondary one) from an eligible survey question, and choose average or accepted values.
Copy the snippet
Copy the badge snippet and paste it into your site's <head> — once per workspace you want to display.
Publish and check
Publish your page and confirm the badge appears where you expect, with the right metrics and comments.
Show off real feedback
The CX Badge updates from your live results, so visitors always see genuine, current ratings and comments — not a static graphic. It's social proof that stays honest on its own.
