Switching & joining organizations

If you work with more than one company on e-satisfaction, you may belong to several organizations. You don't need a separate account for each — you switch between them without signing out, and you land back in the product you were using, now in the organization you chose.

You can only switch to organizations you're a member of. There are two ways to become one: an administrator invites you from the Admin Panel, or — if your company allows it — you find your team's organization with your work email and join it yourself. See Joining your team's organization below.

Switching to another organization

Switching takes two short steps: pick the organization, then confirm it's you.

Pick an organization

Open the organization switcher to see a searchable, paginated list of the organizations you can access. Find the one you want and select it.

Confirm it's you

Your email is pre-filled and read-only. Enter your password, and — if multi-factor authentication is enabled — the one-time code we email you. Then choose Switch organization.

When the switch completes, you return to the product you came from, now working inside the new organization. Your sign-in carries over, so you stay signed in across the suite the whole time.

Signing in as someone else

On the confirmation step, Switch user lets you sign in with a different account instead of confirming as yourself. Use this if you need to swap to another person's login rather than another organization of your own.

Joining your team's organization

Some organizations let colleagues find them without waiting for an invitation. If your work email address is on one of your company's email domains — say you're [email protected] and your company has listed acme.com — your company's organization can be offered to you.

Where you'll find it

  • If you're not in any organization yet, Home shows Your team is already here, listing the organizations that welcome your email domain.
  • If you already belong to an organization, open the organization picker (Switch organization) and look under Organizations you can join at the bottom of the list.

Each organization shows one of these buttons, depending on how that organization has chosen to let people in:

ButtonWhat happens
JoinThe organization is open to its team. Choose Join, then confirm your password, and you're in.
Ask to joinAn administrator decides. Your request goes to the organization's administrators, and you get an email once you're approved.
WithdrawShown after you've asked to join. Choose it to cancel your request.

You join as a Member. You won't see any data until an administrator gives you access to the workspaces you need — if you land somewhere empty, use Request access to let them know.

If an administrator declines your request, the organization simply stops being offered to you. They can still invite you later.

Confirm your email address first

Only people with a confirmed email address can find or join an organization this way — it's how we know the address really is yours. If yours isn't confirmed yet, Home and the organization picker show a link to confirm it. See Confirming your email address.

Don't see your company's organization? It may be set to invitation only, or its administrators may not have listed your email domain yet. Ask one of them to invite you — or point them to Email domains & team sign-up.

Switching doesn't sign you out

Changing organizations keeps your session active — you're simply changing which company's data you're looking at. To sign out everywhere, use Sign out from your profile menu, or revoke a specific device from Account security.
