Finding responders

All Responders is your directory of every customer who has answered a survey. It's a searchable, sortable, paginated list designed to get you to the right person fast — whether you're chasing up a single complaint or scanning a whole segment.

Search and browse

Open All Responders

From the Customers navigation, go to Responders → All Responders.

Search live

Type a name, email or phone number into the search box. Results filter as you type, so you don't need to press enter or reload.

Open a profile

Click a row to open the full responder profile.

What each row shows

Every row gives you the essentials at a glance:

  • Name — drawn from first and last name, falling back to email or metadata when a name isn't set
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Join date — when the responder first appeared

Sorting

Sort the list to bring the right people to the top. You can order by email, phone or created date, in ascending or descending order. Combine sorting with search to narrow a large list quickly.

Opening profiles vs. aggregated profiles

How you click matters:

  • Click the row to open that single responder's profile.
  • Click an email or phone to open an aggregated profile that merges every record sharing that contact detail — useful when the same real customer has responded under more than one record.

Overview at a glance

The Customers Overview gives you a quick read on your responder base, starting with your total responder count.

More insights coming soon

Coming soon The Overview will soon add CSAT, NPS and CES summary cards, a Responders Health view, and a Top Responders list — so you can spot trends across your whole base without opening individual profiles.
