Identity & Account
Your e-satisfaction account is the single identity you use everywhere. The same email and password sign you in to Insights, Customers, Alerts, and every other product in the suite — and once you're in, single sign-on lets you move between them without signing in again.
This section explains how to sign in, manage your profile, keep your account secure, control your notifications, and switch between organizations. None of it requires technical knowledge — your email is your username, and everything saves as you go.

Key concepts
A few ideas appear throughout your account. Once they click, everything else is easier to follow.
Account
Your account is your personal identity across e-satisfaction: your name, email, password, profile picture, and security settings. You have one account, and it works in every product. Your email address is also your username.
Session
A session is an active, signed-in connection from one device or browser. When you sign in, you start a session; when you sign out, it ends. You can review every active session and sign out individual devices from Account security.
Single sign-on
Single sign-on means you sign in once and stay signed in across the whole suite. Open another product and you're already in — no second sign-in. Signing out, likewise, signs you out everywhere.
Organization membership
An organization is a company workspace you belong to. You may be a member of more than one. Your membership determines which organizations you can access, and you can switch between them without signing out.
Managing people and access
Looking to invite teammates, set roles, or review organization-wide security? Those tools live in the Admin Panel rather than your personal account.
