Admin Panel
The Admin Panel is the central place to run your organization on e-satisfaction. From here you manage who has access, how you're billed, where your data lives, how your AI and integrations behave, and the security settings that keep everything safe. It brings every organization-wide setting into one hub so you don't have to hunt for it.
Everything in the Admin Panel is scoped to your organization. If you manage more than one, an org switcher in the top navigation lets you move between them. The Admin Panel is launching in alpha for platform admins, with access widening to more roles as it matures. Alpha

Key concepts
A few ideas run through every part of the Admin Panel. Once they click, the whole hub is easy to navigate.
Organization
Your organization is your company's account on e-satisfaction. It owns everything — your plan, your team, your data and your settings. Admins who oversee several organizations switch between them with the org switcher.
Workspace
An organization is divided into workspaces — isolated data containers that usually map to a store, branch or department. Each workspace keeps its own feedback, data and access separate from the others, so teams only see what's theirs. Many settings can be applied per workspace.
Role
A role decides what someone can do. Roles are assigned at the organization level and, more precisely, per workspace. The owner has full control, including billing and ownership transfer, while members get the access their roles grant them.
Quota
A quota is a limit included in your plan — for example surveys per month, API calls or storage. Your Subscription & usage pages show each quota and how much you've used against it.
Metadata
Metadata is the extra context attached to feedback — transaction details like order ID and date, or responder details like email and demographics. Defining it well lets you segment and filter your results far more powerfully across Insights.
