Notifications

Notifications keep you in the loop without overwhelming you. You decide which events you hear about, where your email notifications go, and you have an inbox to catch up on everything that's happened. Your choices apply across the suite, and they save as you make them.

Choosing what you're notified about

Your notification preferences let you fine-tune exactly which events reach you. Events are grouped into categories so they're easy to browse.

Set your notification email

Choose the email address where notifications are sent. This can be different from your sign-in email, so you can route alerts wherever you prefer.

Browse the categories

Open the event categories to see the kinds of activity you can be notified about.

Toggle individual events

Switch specific event types on or off until you're hearing about what matters and nothing more.

Changes save automatically, so you can adjust a toggle and move on.

Your notifications inbox

Beyond emails, you have an inbox — a running history of events with a read/unread status for each one.

  • Filter between All and Unread to focus on what you haven't seen yet.
  • Click any notification to view its details.
  • Mark as read to clear it from your unread list.
  • An unread count badge shows how many notifications are waiting, and the list is paginated so you can page back through your history.

Send notifications wherever suits you

Because your notification email is separate from your sign-in email, you can send alerts to a shared team inbox or a personal address — whatever helps you act on them fastest.
