What this area will do
When it's available, data transfer will give you three things in one place:
- Import organization data — bring data in when you're getting started or onboarding from another system.
- Export organization data — take a copy of your data out, for backup, reporting or your own records.
- Migrate between environments — move data from one environment to another as part of a larger change.
Not self-serve yet
This area isn't available self-serve yet. For now, if you need to import, export or migrate data, reach out to the team or open a support ticket and we'll handle it with you.
In the meantime, you can review the data this will eventually move:
- Where it's stored, on the Data residency page.
- How long it's kept and what gets anonymized, on the Data retention page.
We'll update this page as soon as import, export and migration become available directly from the Admin Panel.
