Profile & preferences
Your profile is how you appear across the suite, and your preferences shape how every product looks and feels for you. You can update your name, choose how it's displayed, pick your language, and set a profile picture. Everything saves immediately, and your choices follow you into every product.
Editing your profile
You can update your profile details at any time from your account settings.
Update your name
Edit your first, middle, and last name. These are used wherever your name appears across the suite.
Choose a display-name format
Pick how your name is shown — for example First Last, Last, First, or First Middle Last. This controls the order others see your name in.
Set your language
Choose your preferred language and locale. This changes the interface language across every product, so the whole suite speaks your language.
Add a profile picture
Upload or change your profile picture. It appears next to your name throughout the products.
How your preferences travel with you
Because you have one account, your profile and preferences are not tied to a single product. Set your language once and it applies in Insights, Customers, Alerts, and everywhere else. Update your name or picture, and the change shows up across the suite.
Changing your sign-in email
Your email is also your username, so changing it lives in Account security rather than here. When you set a new email, it stays marked "Not verified" until you click the verification link we send to the new address — and you can keep signing in with your old email until then.
Changes save as you go
There's no separate Save button for your profile — each change is saved the moment you make it, so you can update one thing and move on.
