Blocked responders

Blocked Responders is your unsubscribe and blocklist in one place. It shows everyone who has opted out of being contacted, and lets you add new entries so you respect those choices across every survey and campaign.

Honoring opt-outs keeps you compliant and protects your relationship with customers. Anyone on the blocklist won't be contacted at the level they've unsubscribed from.

Find a blocked responder

Open Blocked Responders

From the Customers navigation, go to Subscriptions → Blocked Responders.

Search or filter

Search by name, email or phone, or filter by unsubscribe level to focus the list.

Review the details

Each record shows who's blocked, at what level, when, and who added them.

Unsubscribe levels

A responder can be unsubscribed at one of two levels:

  • Organization-wide — opted out of all contact across your entire organization
  • Workspace / Pipeline — opted out only within a specific workspace, while remaining contactable elsewhere

Filter the list by level to see exactly who falls into each group.

What each record shows

Every blocklist entry includes the responder's email or phone, their unsubscribe level, the date the block was created, and the admin who created it — so you always have a clear audit trail.

Sorting

Sort the list by email, phone, unsubscribe level or date to organize it the way that suits your review.

Adding to the blocklist

You can add responders to the blocklist individually or in bulk — handy when you're importing opt-outs from another system. Add entries by:

  • Single entries — one email or phone at a time
  • Comma-separated — several values on one line
  • Multi-line paste — one value per line
  • CSV upload — a single-column file of emails or phone numbers

Blocking is about respecting choices

Adding someone to the blocklist stops them from being contacted at the chosen level. Double-check the unsubscribe level before a bulk add so you don't silence customers more broadly than intended.
