e-satisfaction

Campaign analytics

Campaign analytics shows you how the campaigns you run through e-satisfaction are performing. Whether you reach customers by email, SMS, push or referral, this is where you see how many people saw a campaign, how many engaged, and what they did next.

Pick a campaign, set a date range, and the report fills in with the numbers that tell you whether it's working.

Get started

Open Campaign Analytics

Go to Campaigns → Analytics.

Select a campaign

Choose from the list, grouped by workspace.

Set your date range

Frame the period you want to measure.

Appearances and engagement

Appearances count how many times your campaign was shown. Engagement shows the percentage of people who actually interacted with it, plotted on a chart over time so you can see how interest builds or fades. A stats card summarizes the key figures at a glance.

Coupons

For incentive campaigns, you can track coupon usage — how many of the coupons you offered were actually redeemed. It's a direct read on whether your incentive is motivating action.

Referrals

For Refer-a-Friend campaigns, the Referrals table tracks word-of-mouth in detail:

  • Who referred whom (referrer and referred)
  • Whether each referral has been opened
  • The date it happened

Callback campaigns live in Alerts

If your campaign is a callback type, its activity is handled in the Alerts product rather than here. Campaign analytics covers the appearance, engagement, coupon and referral side of your campaigns.
