Signing in & sign up
Your e-satisfaction account is your key to the whole suite. You create it once, and the same email and password sign you in to Insights, Customers, Alerts, and every other product. Thanks to single sign-on, signing in once is enough — you can move between products without signing in again.
Creating an account
If you don't have an account yet, you can create one in a moment. You'll need your name, an email address, and a password.
Open the sign-up page
From the sign-in screen, choose Create an account.
Enter your details
Fill in your first and last name, your email address (this becomes your username), and a password of at least 8 characters.
Accept the terms
Read and accept the Terms & Conditions, then submit.
Verify your email if asked
Your account is active right away. If email verification is turned on for your organization, you'll confirm your address from a link we email you before your first sign-in.
Signing in
To sign in, enter your email and password on the sign-in screen.
You can tick Keep me signed in to stay signed in on a trusted device, so you don't have to enter your details every time.
If multi-factor authentication is enabled on your account, you'll also enter a one-time code we email you. Learn more in Account security.
Because your session is shared across the suite, signing in here signs you in everywhere.
Forgot your password?
If you can't sign in, choose Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to reset it. See Password & recovery for the full walkthrough.
One account, every product
You don't need a separate login for each product. Once you're signed in, open any product in the suite and you'll already be there.
